At Two Roads Counselling you will have the opportunity to meet where you feel most comfortable. The video platform is secure and offers protection of your personal health information (PHI) under the federal laws set out by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

All new clients will be asked to complete the Personal Information and Informed Consent forms. A meeting with the parents will be required before meeting with minor clients.

- If you agree to a meeting, an online fillable Informed Consent and Intake/Personal Information form will be sent to you through OWL.
- Upon receipt of the forms, you will receive a reminder of your appointment by SMS or email
